1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ki9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ki9.bet website and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through it. By accessing ki9.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of ki9.bet, including players who access the platform from Bangladesh using mobile browsers, desktop browsers, or any other means. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ki9.bet or any of its services.

2. Eligibility

Use of ki9.bet is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and use ki9 if all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are not depositing funds that originate from illegal activity or that are otherwise subject to any legal restriction on their use.

ki9 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not, or are no longer, met. Winnings accrued on ineligible accounts may be voided.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ki9 services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• You will maintain only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ki9 of unauthorised access.

ki9 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Accounts may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks, and withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ki9 supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the policies set out below. ki9 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits and to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor.
• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ki9 charges zero platform fees on all withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ki9 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Winnings that are found to have arisen from system errors, malfunctions, or fraudulent activity are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.

All funds deposited on ki9 must be used for gaming purposes. ki9 is not a financial services provider and accounts must not be used as banking facilities. ki9 reserves the right to return deposits without processing if an account shows no gaming activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ki9 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is presented. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household address. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the offer terms for each promotion.
• ki9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time if technical or operational reasons require it.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering and conversion process.
• ki9 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a specific promotion and to make final decisions on any disputed eligibility.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ki9 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or undocumented features to accumulate winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided and the account closed.
• Colluding with other players, or acting in concert with others, to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds from sources linked to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at ki9 staff or other players via any communication channel provided on the platform.

ki9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

7. Responsible Gaming

ki9 is committed to responsible gaming. Online gaming is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, ki9 provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account remains open but no deposits or gameplay are permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from ki9. A self-exclusion request will be actioned within 24 hours and the account will be closed. Players who self-exclude should also consider contacting relevant support organisations.

ki9 strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately and any funds, including winnings, will be returned to the source of deposit after deducting any amounts wagered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ki9.bet, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of ki9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ki9.bet solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from ki9.bet without the prior written consent of ki9. Unauthorised use of ki9 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ki9 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of ki9.bet, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform, whether arising from game outcomes, bonus terms, or any other cause.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability or functioning of ki9.bet caused by factors outside ki9's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ki9.bet, even if ki9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ki9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ki9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using ki9.bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Changes to These Terms

ki9 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, ki9 will update the effective date shown on this page and, where the changes are material, will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the contact method on file.

Your continued use of ki9.bet following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ki9.bet that cannot be resolved informally through ki9 customer support should be submitted in writing to ki9 at the contact address below. ki9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
