When you request self-exclusion, ki9 will close your account to all gaming activity for the duration you choose — and will take steps to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

Self-exclusion options available at ki9:

• 6-month self-exclusion: your account is suspended for six months from the request date. You may request reinstatement after the full period has elapsed, subject to a review.
• 1-year self-exclusion: your account is suspended for twelve months. Reinstatement is available after the full period upon written request and review.
• Permanent self-exclusion: your account is closed with no option to reopen. This is an irreversible step for players who wish to stop gaming with ki9 permanently.

Deposit Limits: How They Work
